Relics of Color
Inspired by my mother, an avid beachcomber who transformed her discoveries—shells, glass, pottery, and agates—into beautiful crafts. She also collected the less celebrated treasures: weathered electrical parts and corroded metal fragments washed ashore after storms. While others saw debris, I saw beauty in their textures and forms. Painting these objects brings me both joy and a deep connection to her memory.
I hope she would appreciate these works—and that you do as well.
